About Force Ten
I am a surfer, a windsurfer, a snowboarder, and a skateboarder before and through all of that. I have combined elements from all of these concepts and created a skateboard deck that is designed specifically for windsurfing and winging on any street or parking lot. I have more than thirty years of skateboard sailing experience and have ridden many decks on countless parking lots. This is my best design, and I practice carves, tacks. jibes. 360s etc. Either a warm up before hitting the water or just a session. I'll sail any asphalt or concrete surface with wind provided that the wind is light and steady. It's all about the turn. James

Whether its skateboarding, surfing, windsurfing or snowboarding, its all about the turn. The carve. All of the energies focused on one spot in the same moment. Initiation, focus, drive, release. Even with different forces impacting these disciplines, the goal remains the same. Its all about the turn. How you get to the turn varies, all situations are a little different and many strategies must be employed. The better the turn, the more in harmony with the flow of combined forces.
